Domestic sales tax will be applied to orders based on order destination and in compliance with federal, state and local laws.
Maximum Purchase Policy
Regretfully, we must limit orders to no more than six (6) units of any one item. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact us through our contact form and we will be happy to assist you.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders $50 and over, excluding taxes, and after promotional discounts are applied.

**FEDEX 2Day orders placed before 10am EST on a business day will be shipped out on the same business day. Otherwise, the order will be shipped out on the next business day.
After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. If you do not receive this within 24 hours, please contact us through our contact form. After the order has shipped, you will receive a second email confirming the shipment and providing a tracking number to track your shipment. All albiongarden.com orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays).
APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses, P.O Box, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories
We currently do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses, P.O. Boxes, or Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories.
We currently do not ship to addresses outside of the United States.
The packing slip included in your shipment should state the total number of cartons being shipped to you. You should also be able to check how many boxes were shipped to you using the FedEx tracking number provided. Please carefully monitor the number and status of boxes in your shipment prior to filing a missing items claim.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction with your purchase is of the utmost important to us. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please process your return request here within 30 days of your purchase (the purchased product must be at least 50% full). You will need your order number and the email address associated with your purchase to process a return.
Once your return is received at our facility, we will inspect your returned item(s). Please allow 1-5 business days from arrival for the inspection to take place. Once the return is approved, we will initiate a return of the purchase price for all approved items to your original payment method. The amount of time it will take to receive the credit is dependent on your card issuer's policies. Please note that shipping costs paid on the original order are not refundable in most instances (see below for more details). Additionally, we are not liable for returned items that are lost in transit and will not be able to provide a refund for items that are lost in transit to our facilities.
We monitor return activity for abuse and, although rare, we reserve the right to limit returns as we see fit on all transactions.
Please note: We can only accept, and process returns on items purchased on albiongarden.com.
Although infrequent, some packages may be marked as delivered when they have yet to arrive. Please allow 24 hours to pass and be sure to check in any hidden spaces on your property as well as with your neighbors, doorman, or any other relevant parties prior to getting in contact with us. If your package has not arrived after 24 hours, please contact us through our contact form. We will open a trace inquiry with FEDEX immediately. This process takes approximately 2-3 days.
Missing Item / Wrong Item Received / Damaged Item
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may assist you. Please include the email address associated with order, the order number, and detail of what’s wrong with the order in your email.
If you received an item that you did not order, please attach a photograph of the incorrect item to your email.
If you received an item that is damaged, please attach a photograph of the damaged item(s) in the original shipping box to your email.
Cancel / Change Order
After you have clicked “Place Order,” the order begins to process, and changes to your order cannot be made online. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, please reach out to us through our contact form. Please note that most orders will process quickly and may enter the shipping process within minutes.
