"According to the product description, this is an essence water so I use it right after cleansing, patting it directly onto my face. It’s not irritating at all. "This lightly scented flora drip toner from Albion is a great option that is not only good as an all purpose toner but also can be used if you’re after that glass skin effect. I like to apply multiple layers of this and pat it into my skin. It all depends on how dry my skin feels in that particular day. The floral scent is not ower powering and I love that the flowers used in this are sourced from their own farm located in the pristine Shirakami Mountains area in Japan. This works well as a makeup prep too and the foundation I put on top applies beautifully."
